Returns
Due to the nature of small business, returns will not be accepted at this time. Exchanges are allowed in our storefront within 14 days from original purchase date, so long the item is in it's original condition with no wear and tag attached. It must be noted that exchanges accepted can only be accepted under these conditions in our storefront and completed on the same day. No credit will be given for a future date. Local Pickup
Select “local pick up” at check out to avoid shipping costs and pick up your purchase in store. Orders will be ready within 24-48 hours, excluding days we are closed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping
After an order is place, it is processed for delivery within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays included). If an order is placed after 4pm, it will be processed the next day. USPS Retail Ground turnaround time is between 2-8 business days. Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express® service has the fastest delivery times: overnight-2 days with a money-back guarantee (from USPS). Overnight scheduled delivery by 10:30am, and Sunday and holiday delivery available in many major markets for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 (with the exclusion of Hats).
