Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of a small business, returns will not be accepted at this time. For sizing questions, refer to "Size & Fit" under product description, contact us at kimberly@kimandcloth.com, or send us a DM on Instagram! Thank you for understanding! 

Shipping & Local Pickup

Local Pickup 

Select “local pick up” at check out to avoid shipping costs and pick up your purchase in store. Orders will be ready within 24-48 hours, excluding days we are closed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping

After an order is place, it is processed for delivery within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays included). If an order is placed after 4pm, it will be processed the next day. USPS Retail Ground turnaround time is between 2-8 business days. Priority Mail^® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.  Priority Mail Express^® service has the fastest delivery times: overnight-2 days with a money-back guarantee (from USPS). Overnight scheduled delivery by 10:30am, and Sunday and holiday delivery available in many major markets for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150 (with the exclusion of Hats).
