Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our employees, customers, and community, returns will not be accepted at this time. For sizing questions, refer to "Size & Fit" under product description or contact us at kimberly@kimandcloth.com. Thank you for understanding! 

Shipping & Local Delivery

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $30 for no charge if within a 15 mile radius of zip code 92591. Use code "LOCAL" at checkout. Local deliveries are made within 1-2 business days of purchase date and delivered M-F from 8am-6:30pm. Same day delivery may be available if order is placed before noon. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Lost or stolen packages are not KIM & CLOTH's responsibility.

Shipping

After an order is place, it is processed for delivery within 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays included). If an order is placed after 8pm, it will be processed the next day. USPS Retail Ground turnaround time is between 2-8 business days. Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.  Priority Mail Express® service has the fastest delivery times: overnight-2 days with a money-back guarantee (from USPS). Overnight scheduled delivery by 10:30am, and Sunday and holiday delivery available in many major markets for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150.
